Sean Lawton joined Lawton Partners in 2002. He is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA), Certified Management Accountant (CMA), and a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® (CFP®) and has been working in the financial services industry for over 20 years.
Sean and his wife Michelle have three children. As a proud Manitoban, Sean takes an active involvement in bettering his community. He currently coaches hockey and is on several boards including The Associates of the Asper School of Business, The Manitoba Club and the Cardinal Foundation. He is past Board Chair of St. John’s-Ravenscourt School, and a past United Way Campaign cabinet member.
Elden WittmierCLU, R.F.P., TEP, CH.F.C.
People matter. This philosophy has guided Elden in both his life and his work at Lawton Partners since he joined the firm in 1978. Although many of his clients have been with him over two decades, Elden never takes their business for granted; instead he works diligently to ensure that each person who has placed their trust in him is well positioned to achieve success. He has further earned his clients’ respect by providing a consistent and honest approach to capital accumulation, retirement planning, estate conservation and intergenerational wealth transfer.
Kylie CameronCPA, CA, CBV
Kylie is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA), a Chartered Accountant (CA) as well as a Chartered Business Valuator (CBV). She joined Lawton Partners in 2014, bringing 14 years of experience working with individuals and private corporations providing guidance and advice in accounting, tax, succession, and estate planning. Kylie takes a keen interest in her clients’ unique requirements and enjoys working with them to plan and achieve their financial goals.
After working in the not-for-profit sector of the industry, Andrea joined Lawton Partners in 2004, seeing it as a well-respected firm with values and priorities that she could easily share. Andrea enjoys working with Sean Lawton, assisting with the management of client accounts and maintaining strong client relationships.
Carol joined the team in September of 2010 with over 15 years of executive and office management experience in the financial industry.
Carol’s diversified experiences and dedication to our clients is exemplified in all aspects of her work. Her token phrase is, “What can I do for you?”. Carol works closely with Elden, developing and implementing all aspects of client financial plans along with keeping the team focused and organized.
Carol holds her mutual fund and Life Licenses, her Investment Funds Operations course, and has recently obtained her Certified Executor Advisor (CEA) designation.
